How the report was built
Financings are collected from press releases, SEC filings including 8 K, 10 Q and ABS 15G filings, trade press and company newsrooms. Only publicly announced financings with a source link are counted. Sizes are recorded as disclosed, and lanes follow the announced facility wording. Repeat reports of the same announcement are merged. For announcements within ten days, one financing per company is counted at the largest disclosed amount, never the sum. A facility reported again in later quarterly filings is counted once. SEC filing borrowings are classified from filing text. Ordinary company credit facilities and fund subscription lines have their own lanes. The full table is downloadable as CSV. The next edition is January 2027.
