What are current SBA loan rates?

SBA 7(a) variable rates are Prime + 2.25-2.75% (currently approximately 9-9.5%). SBA 504 fixed rates range from 6.0-7.5% for 10-25 year terms. DSCR loan rates range from 6.5-9%. All rates updated from Federal Reserve FRED data. PeerSense tracks rates across 899+ SBA-approved lenders.
